Job Descriptions: –

• Relevant certifications in SAP HANA or S4 HANA such as SAP Certified Technology Specialist – SAP HANA Installation or SAP Certified Development Specialist – ABAP for SAP HANA, preferred but not required.
• 10+ years of experience with Hands-on experience in database concepts, data modeling, and database management systems (SAP HANA and more recently S4 HANA):
• Knowledge of architecture, administration, data provisioning, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in designing and optimizing database structures, including data models, tables, indexes, and partitions, to ensure efficient storage, retrieval, and processing of data.
• Analysis and optimization of database performance by monitoring performance metrics, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, and fine-tuning configuration parameters.
• Planning and executing data migration from legacy systems to S4 HANA, as well as integrating S4 HANA with other systems and applications.
• Knowledge and adherence to database security principles and best practices, including access controls, encryption, and compliance requirements such as (ITAR/EAR/DFAR)
• Proficiency in troubleshooting database-related issues, performing regular maintenance tasks like backup and recovery, and applying patches and upgrades.
